On our open programme we provide a choice of either 90 minute, half or full day events covering a wide range of topics that incorporate the most up-to-date thinking around people and organisational development. Bespoke Personal Development for Teams
We really enjoy working with teams as well as individuals. Our approach is to work in partnership with the team leader so that we fully understand the issues faced by the team and the environment in which they work. Once we have identified what learning and development is required we put together a programme (which can consist of team development sessions, team coaching sessions or a mixture of both) that enables team members to explore and adopt new and improved ways of working. Previous team development projects have included raising performance, strengthening inter-team relationships, enhancing communications, improving credibility and building commitment to business goals.
Working on a 1:1 basis with a coach is really powerful and anyone who wants to be great at what they do benefits from having a coach – athletes, actors, singers and entrepreneurs all use coaches. As qualified coaches we will help you to find solutions to the issues/challenges you face. Coaching is especially beneficial if you want to get to grips with a new or different way of working. This could include improving your communication style so you get your message across more easily, managing your time and conflicting priorities, building better working relationships or being more resilient in times of change and/or stress.
